How long does each headshot take?
The actual photography time is typically 3–5 minutes per person. For planning purposes, allow approximately 5–8 minutes per person, including transitions and a brief image review.

What should we wear for corporate headshots?
We recommend clothing that feels professional, comfortable, and appropriate for your company’s visual identity.
Solid colours and subtle textures generally photograph well. We recommend avoiding large logos, very fine stripes, and overly busy patterns.
We can also provide a short, practical wardrobe guide for your team before the session.
Is professional retouching included?
Each person receives one professionally finished final image. Standard professional finishing—including colour, exposure, contrast, white balance, and crop adjustments—is included.

When will we receive the images?
Online proof galleries are normally delivered within 2–3 business days.
Selected high-resolution final images are generally delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery timing for premium-retouched images is confirmed according to the number of files and the level of work required.
If you have a firm publication, event, or internal deadline, please let us know before booking. We will confirm the delivery schedule that is possible.

For larger teams, we can also provide a private online proofing gallery. Each person—or a designated company contact—can then select the preferred image for final delivery. Additional final images can also be selected where required.
Do you charge travel costs within Prague?

If parking is required at the location, it is billed at cost.
